Our Role

We provide an unbiased, written report detailing the condition of the home to assist you in helping your client make an informed purchase decision

Our Report

We report the condition of the home's structure, roof and major systems

Our Recommendation

We advise the client as to areas that are unsafe or require immediate repairs or maintenance, and we suggest sensible safety-related updates

What We Do and What We Provide

  • We provide an easy-to-understand comprehensive report with abundant color-photo documentation identifying the overall condition of the home in great detail
  • Wind mitigation and four-point reports are included with our inspections at no extra cost
  • No charge for reporting on the overall condition of the pool and its equipment
  • No charge for reporting on the overall condition of the fireplace and chimney
  • Generally, the only surcharge is for crawlspace inspections

Note: Our home inspection pricing is based on the gross square footage (everything under roof) not heated square footage.

What really matters to your clients ?

A professional home inspection is an examination of the current condition of the prospective home. A home inspector does not pass or fail a house, but rather describes its physical condition and indicate what may need repair or replacement.

We know how to identify minor issues without scaring the client away. In other words, “we don’t make mountains out of mole hills.”
